The first project for social housing under Bulgaria’s “Regions in growth” operational program is already underway.
The Blagoevgrad municipality announced a tender, valued at nearly €3m, for the design, construction and supervision of the project. Interested companies must submit their offers by Dec. 1. Blagoevgrad will launch another tender for equipment and furnishings for the building.
