Skanska USA has topped out the construction of 1350 Boylston in The Fenway in the Boston neighborhood of Fenway. The 17 story mixed use 183,000 sqf residential tower will feature 212 apartments and approximately 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Located at the intersection of Boylston and Kilmarnock Streets, the residences are within walking distance to the MBTA’s Green Line and the Yawkey commuter rail station. The company broke ground on the scheme last winter and anticipates the completion of construction in the fall of 2017.

He said that continued growth in Boston is resulting in new lifestyle options that will make neighborhoods like Fenway increasingly attractive.
