Yonkers, New York-based AVR Realty has picked up the recently completed Skyhouse Channelside apartment tower in Tampa in a $88 million deal. Completed in 2015, the 323-unit mixed use property located at 112 N 12th St, changed hands for just over $272,445 per unit. The seller and developer, Atlanta-based Novare Group, has built Skyhouse-branded apartment towers throughout the U.S. The sale was completed with AVR receiving a $57.7 million mortgage.
