Echo Investment selected Mostostal Warszawa to oversee construction of the first phase of its landmark Browary Warszawskie scheme. Valued at nearly PLN 1bn, the mixed-use project is going up on 4.4 ha site acquired by Echo in 2014. Designed by JEMS Architekci, the development will add a total of 100,000 sqm of space to the Warsaw market, half of which will be offices. The other half has been earmarked for flats, with 4,000 sqm of services. The first phase of the project will add 90 flats to Wronia street.
Echo Investment acquired the project from Spain’s Grupo Prasa. This large-scale office and residential complex will be located between Grzybowska, Wronia, Chłodna and Krochmalna streets.
