GLL has acquired the 13,750 sqm Váci 1 mixed-use building on Vörösmarty Square in Budapest from Horizon Development. The UNESCO-listed building, constructed in 1915, is 84 percent leased. Anchor tenants include H&M, Hard Rock Café, Szamos Gourmet Palace as well as the St. Andrea Wine & SkyBar. Horizon Development refurbished the property in 2016. The price of the deal was not disclosed.
