The CCIM Institute’s national board of directors has announced its newest member, Gary Ralston. Ralston is a managing partner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty LLC, a Polk County-based brokerage firm that specializes in Interstate 4 corridor commercial properties. The CCIM Institute is one of the commercial real estate industry’s leading educational and membership groups. The board works as the governing body for the institute, whose designation is held by just 6 percent of all commercial real estate agents nationwide. In addition to his CCIM membership, Ralston also has earned designations from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a Specialist in Real Estate Securities; a Certified Property Manager; a Counselor of Real Estate; a Certified Leasing Specialist; and Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional.
