RSJ Investments in partnership with the founders of Avast, Eduard Kučera and Pavel Baudiš, bought the Enterprise Office Center in Prague 4-Pankrác from Erste Group Immorent. The buyers shelled out CZK 3bn for what Colliers is calling the fifth largest property deal of the year on the Czech market. RSJ plans to look for further investment opportunities in cooperation with Kučera and Baudiš. EGI completed Enterprise at the end of 2015. The 30,000 sqm office building is located between the Gemini business center, which was also built by EGI, and the Prague magistrala near the Pankrác metro station in Prague 4. Avast Software and CSC Computer Science are the main tenants. Strabag built the complex, which was designed by the architect Vladimír Krátký.
