CBRE Group has announced it will open a new office in the Southwest Gulf Coast region of Florida. The office will focus on agency leasing, property sales, and other services targeting clients throughout Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte and Bonita Springs. The firm has tapped Jeffrey Gage, senior vice president with CBRE Advisory and Transaction Services, to run the new office. Gage has 30 years experience in commercial real estate, where he has handled the sale and lease of more than 8.5 million square feet in leasing and capital markets transactions, valued in excess of $2 billion across all property types.
“Southwest Florida is a vibrant emerging market, supported by all the fundamentals for sustained economic growth,” Gage says in the release. “We are seeing new investor capital pouring into this region with a focus on existing income property as well as new development across all product types.”
