Corestate Capital Holding is planning to develop student housing in Madrid. The investment manager recently acquired the land for the project. The scheme will feature various amenities, including a lobby with a reception and concierge, common spaces with a restaurant, a gym and washing lounges, as well as recreational areas such as a backyard, roof terraces and patios. The cost of the investment as well as the completion date have not been disclosed.
