Forte Partners has completed the Stefan cel Mare office building in Bucharest’s CBD. The scheme is fully leased, following an investment of €19.5m. The building recently secured BREEAM Very Good certification.
“This is the first project completed under the Forte Partners brand, a building which is distinguished by its style and certainly will become a landmark in the area,” said Geo Margescu, CEO and founder of Forte Partners.
