Duval & Stachenfeld hire Czepiel from Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom

Duval & Stachenfeld has announced the expansion of its Corporate Real Estate/Joint Venture Practice Group with the addition of partner Lori Anne Czepiel. Czepiel’s has more than 25 years of experience that includes over $100bn of domestic and cross-border transactions throughout 50 countries and spans Fortune 500 and middle market companies. Prior to joing Duval & Stachenfeld, Czepiel practiced at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP and was a partner with Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP and Perkins Coie LLP. Czepiel is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and Northwestern University.
