Office Hub will open its next SSC center in HB Reavis’ office project West Stadion I in Warsaw, having taken more than 1,100 sqm of space in the developer’s most recent project. Michał Kuropieska, CEO of Office HUB, said the deal is part of the company’s strategy to build a chain of SCC centers in Warsaw, targeting locations with key transportation hubs. This new office building is the fourth Office HUB location it’s opening in Warsaw. The new tenant will take space on the building’s 12th floor in January. HB Reavis is developing the project in conjunction with PKP, which owns the land through the the state-run company XCity. The complex will comprise two 14-storey buildings. With the first phase having been delivered in the third quarter, West Stadion complex is due for completion in Q3 2017.
