Secondhand home prices in Spain fell by 1.3 percent in October to an average of €1,513/sqm, according to the latest figures released by Idealista. On a y-o-y basis, prices fell by 4.2 percent in October to €1,579/sqm. The biggest price decreases were reported in La Rioja (-3.6 percent) and Aragón (-1.9 percent), followed by Navarra (-1.8 percent), Cataluña and Murcia (-1.7 percent in both regions).
