Colliers International has been tapped by the Heritage Capital Group to lease 550 Broad Street in Newark. Visible from I-280 and Route 21, the 270,000 square foot office tower has undergone major renovations in recent months, including a fully remodeled lobby with café, and a new fitness center. The Broad Street train station is within walking distance, and a private shuttle service is also provided to and from Broad Street and Newark Penn stations with the Newark Light Rail stop located adjacent to the building. “550 Broad Street has long benefited from its status as a landmark Newark office property,” said Bryn Cinque, Colliers International. “Businesses are drawn by the building’s accessible CBD location, and they choose to remain here based on its quality accommodations and responsive, hands-on ownership.”
