An affiliate of Jackson, Mississippi-based EastGroup Properties has picked up and an industrial building in Weston for a sales price of $14.31 million. The 134,400 square foot building located at 1951 N. Commerce Parkway, changed hands for just over $106 per square foot. The seller was an affiliate of Minnetonka, Minnesota-based Founders Properties. Built on a 8 acre site in 1997, the anchor tenant of the building is TAG USA Gymnastics.
