Liebrecht & wooD has secured two leases in Flanders Business Park in Warsaw, totaling more than 1,060 sqm of space. Baltona Duty Free agreed to take 910 sqm in the B building, while Civil Aviation Authority expanded its lease by 153 sqm and now occupies 6,794 sqm in building A. With these final two deals, the building is now fully-occupied. Located at Flisa street in Warsaw, Flanders Business Park offers 22,000 of office space, while another 14,000 sqm is underway in the project’s second phase.
