Realia is planning to sell one of its most iconic office buildings in Madrid. The property, Los Cubos, offers 18,324 sqm of space and has 334 parking spaces. The building has been empty since the end of 2015. Realia bought the property in July 2004 from Allianz for €60m. The building has been put on the market for €57m. Possible buyers include large SOCIMIs such as Axiare, Hispania and Lar España, which have experience buying and renovating empty properties. Realia generated a net profit of €130m, up from €14.9m the previous year.
