Prista Oil Group leased 2,500 sqm of storage space at Equest Logistic Center along the Bucharest-Pitesti highway. The deal was brokered by DTZ Echinox. Equest Logistic Center, owned by East Balkan Properties, offers 56,000 sqm of leasable space. The project is currently 95 percent leased.
Prista Oil Group, one of the biggest companies in Bulgaria, is involved in the production and distribution of lubricants.
