National multifamily management company Pinnacle has announced that Justin Gaboury has been hired as the firms new New England-based regional property manager. Gaboury will be in charge of five properties totaling in excess of 1,000 units. In addition, he will spearhead new business development in the northeast region. Gaboury has 17 years of management experience in the northeast, including management of luxury high-rises, garden-style communities and lease-up assets. Prior to joining Pinnacle, he worked as senior property manager with Greystar. Dallas-based Pinnacle has a current portfolio of more than 165,000 units under management across 32 states.
“Justin’s growth from an onsite to regional management position speaks volumes to his work ethic,” said Gregory Mark, senior vice president of Pinnacle’s East Coast division, in prepared remarks. “He is client-driven, detail-oriented, and resident-focused.”
