Yves Weerts will invest €33m in a new office project in Bucharest. Construction of the 18,000 sqm office tower Unirii View began this week and is due for completion in Q2 2018.
Unirii View is going up on Piata Unirii in central Bucharest. The general contractor is Bog’Art. The class A scheme was designed by Westfourth Architecture in cooperation with DMA Architecture & Interior Design. Speedwell Real Estate Development and Griffes will oversee leasing and commercial management.
