Bitdefender, a provider of cyber security solutions, leased 2,300 sqm at United Business Center 1 (UBC 1), which is part of Iulius Group’s Palas Iaşi ensemble. UBC 1 has a gross leasable area of 7,400 sqm on five floors. It is now fully leased. The class A office building is LEED Gold certified.
UBC Palas is the main business center in Iași, with 50 companies – mainly multinational IT and outsourcing companies – leasing space there.
