M7 to rebrand €79m industrial portfolio for Macquarie Infrastructure

18 October 2016

M7 will be launching a new industrial park brand called Vector Parks in an effort to bring improved visibility to a €79m logistics and light industrial portfolio it manages in Central Europe. The owner of the parks is an investment vehicle advised and managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets. It acquired the portfolio from HB Reavis earlier this year and appointed M7 as asset manager. M7 will be implementing a series of measures to increase the value of the Vector Parks portfolio, including refurbishment, lease regearing and leasing vacant space. M7 is also considering opportunities to add 12,960 sqm of leasable space to the portfolio in Ostrava and 5,800 sqm to the portfolio in Prešov, Slovakia.

“By bringing the portfolio under one brand – Vector Parks – we believe we can deliver to the market a recognized, high-quality, strategically located portfolio of logistics/light industrial assets that can provide a platform for growth in this under-supplied region,” said Jack Thoms of M7 Real Estate.
