Naples-based Kova Partners has announced the firm has hired Chad Commers as the company’s new director of brokerage services. In his new role, Commers will be responsible for advising businesses and individuals in commercial real estate sales and leasing processes as well as capitalizing both on- and off-market opportunities. Prior to joining Kova Partners, Commers was senior vice president of Roseville Properties Management Co. from 2008 to 2015. Commers is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and a licensed broker in the state of Minnesota.
