Simone Development Companies has announced the appointment of Megan M. Guy as Development Director for the company’s Simone Healthcare Development unit. Reporting to Simone Healthcare’s President Guy Leibler, Guy will have responsibilities in all aspects of the acquisition, land use, design, construction, and leasing phases of the company’s projects. Prior to joining Simone, Guy served on the development team at The Related Companies and worked as a Senior Analyst at HFF and a real estate valuation professional at Duff & Phelps. Guy received her Bachelors in Business Administration degree from George Washington University.
