CTP has completed the development of its project in central Brno, Spielberk Office Centre with the completion of a new Courtyard Marriott at the site. The new 4-star hotel is due to open on October 20 and will be offering 201 rooms on 15 floors, along with a rooftop suite, restaurant, a bar for 150 people and 10 meetings rooms. The hotel’s main conference hall has 360 sqm of floor space and can seat 400 people.
