Pacolet Milliken Enterprises buy Brooklyn apartment building for $52m

Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, a privately owned investment company controlled by the shareholders of textile and chemical giant Milliken & Company, have closed on the purchase of 341 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights, Brooklyn for $52 million. The newly constructed, eight story luxury apartment building houses 63 units. The ground floor retail are leased to Capital One, Starbucks, and Statcare Urgent Medical Care. Located on the northeast corner of Eastern Parkway and Franklin Avenue, the building is located in the heart of Crown Heights on the northeast corner of Eastern Parkway and Franklin Avenue.
