ČEZ has launched a tender to offload a housing estate in Prague 4 – Písnice, near the planned station of the new metro line. Czech business moguls such as Radovan Vítek, Pavel Tykač, Karel Komárek and Václav Skala are set to bid for the estate, so the price is expected to run to billions of crowns, according to the server e15. Tykač teamed up with Jan Pokorný of developer Satpo for the tender, organized by Naxos, which says the tender will be closed in December. The portfolio includes 739 rental flats. ČEZ also offered a local shopping center for sale in a separate listing. The plans to build a metro station adjacent to the neighborhood are expected to push prices up.
