Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, Continental Realty Corporation, has announced the promotion of Mike Kyle to Director of Procurement. Kyle has worked with the company since 1997 and formerly served as Corporate Service Director. In his new role, Kyle will oversee corporate purchasing, with a focus on researching, evaluating and buying goods and services related to the residential housing industry. Over the past twenty years, Kyle has held numerous positions within the company including Corporate Service Coordinator, Service Manager, New Hire Trainer and Maintenance Technician.
“Mike is the perfect professional to assume this newly-formed position with the company given his diversified experience in many different areas of the company,” stated Anne Angel, Residential Vice President of Continental Realty Corporation. “As we continue to execute our renovation program throughout our residential portfolio, he will play a critical role in the negotiation and procurement of products needed to fulfill this plan.
