Petr Zámečník plans to open a modern hostel at the corner of Washingtonova and Růžová streets near Prague’s main train station. Boutique Hostel, designed by architect Jaromír Pizinger and the studio Morix, is a refurbishment of a historical building. It will include a four-star hostel and flats. Costs are estimated to run to CZK 300m, and Zámečník says he plans to secure bank financing for the project. Zámečník has previously worked as a manager at Synot and Sazka. He currently operates a company called Adelle Trading, which sells gaming machines. He regularly invests into real estate and recently bought properties in Zell am See and in Dubai.
