BBVA has put the Torre Puig building in Barcelona on the market. The perfume and fashion group Puig is the building’s anchor tenant and has an option to buy the property. Market sources speculate that the building could be sell for between €55m and €65m. Aguirre Newman is overseeing the sales process. Designed by the architect Rafael Moneo, the building offers 14,288 sqm on 21 floors.
