Intercora started construction on a new bus station in Banska Bystrica. The project, called Terminal, also includes a shopping center and a retail park. It will offer 11,172 sqm of retail space, the majority of which has been pre-leased. The tenant list includes dm drogerie, Deichmann, Okay Elektro, a Martinus bookstore, Sportissimo, Billa and CCC. Intercora says it is also in negotiations with the fashion chain C&A. Terminal is scheduled for completion in April 2017. The new bus station will include 26 platforms and will be connected with the city’s train station by a covered footpath.
