In what’s thought to be the biggest deal on Kraków’s office market, Delphi Poland will be expanding into the newest building at Enterprise Park. The company has just signed a pre-lease for 6,300 sqm at building F, which is due for completion by the end of 2017. The Park changed hands last year when it was purchased by a JV between a fund managed by Tristan Capital and the developer Avestus Real Estate. Kraków’s biggest office park consists of four existing buildings, totalling 36,000 sqm, with another 26,000 sqm due for completion in buildings E (15,600 sqm) and F (10,900 sqm) by the end of 2017.
