Tampa-based investment firm Hachem Investments has acquired the Fountain Oaks Business Center in Tampa in a $24.75 million transaction. Located on W. Waters Ave., the three-building retail and office center has 206,000 sqf of lettable space and was 92 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Tenants in the scheme include Marshall’s, Dollar Tree, Lutheran Services and Hillsborough County. The seller, Dalfen America Corp., of Dallas, sold the asset as part of a larger portfolio disposition involving 1.12 million square feet of retail space.
