Real estate services firm Northstar has announced the addition of John Schena as senior vice president. Schena will be responsible for growing the firm’s market share in the regional corporate account business. His initial assignment is the management and successful delivery of the 468,000 SF Kronos corporate tenant interiors and relocation project. Prior to joining Northstar, Schena worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis, holding the position of senior vice president at each firm. Schena has a Bachelor of Science from the College of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
