Belvedere Residences to break ground this month

5 October 2016

Construction is set to break ground this month on Belvedere Residences in Bucharest’s Aviatiei-Barbu Vacarescu area. The first phase of the project, offering 238 apartments, is scheduled for completion in early 2018. Costs are estimated at €16.75m. Belvedere Residences will offer a total of 1,556 apartments. Coldwell Banker Romania will oversee sales. Prices for apartments in the first phase will range from €49,300 for a double studio to €79,000 for a three-room apartment.

“Belvedere Residences is a refresh of the entire zone situated at the confluence of the artery Barbu Vacarescu with the Aviatiei neighborhood, not only because it gives a new balance to the development in this area but also because it represents a viable alternative housing for tens of thousands of employees working in hundreds of corporations in the office buildings located in proximity. This will significantly reduce traffic in the area and will create a completely new and modern urban pole,” the project’s developer, Belvedere Developments, said in a statement.
