Skanska introduces first investment trust for Polish market

Skanska is forming its own investment trust for Poland, having received a green light from Poland’s Financial Supervisory KNF. Called Skanska TFI, the closed-end vehicle will be placing capital into real estate assets, available only for entities being a part of Skanska Group.

Skanska has delivered more than 350,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, ŁódÅŗ and Katowice, and is planning its first investment in TriCity. Within CEE, Skanska has 200,000 sqm of office space underway, with more than 500,000 sqm planned in the coming years.
