Alessandro Pasquale, owner of the Karlovarské minerální vody company, bought the Green Point office project in Prague’s Smíchov district and plans to start construction in March. Pasquale acquired the project with a construction permit from a group of private investors for an undisclosed price. Green Point is to go up a few meters from the mouth of the Mrázovka tunnel near Anděl in Prague 5 with costs estimated to run to CZK 400m. Part of the space will be used by Karlovarské minerální vody, which owns Mattoni, while the rest will be leased. Pasquale told the server e15 that he invests into revenue-producing assets and plans to keep them long-term. He already purchased City Center in České Budějovice in 2012 and is planning residential developments in Prague and Karlovy Vary.
