Inversiones Hemisferio, the real estate company owned by the Lara family, has sold the Roca Junyent headquarters in Barcelona. The buyer is a real estate fund linked to the Swiss bank BBS which bought the property for more than €55m. The property, located on on Calle Aribau includes 8,600 sqm of office space and 1,360 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor, which is occupied by Quality Medical Service. The Lara family bought the building from Colonial in 2007 for €55m.
