Justin Thibaut has been promoted to Director of Sales for Land Solutions. A licensed real estate agent, and a CCIM and ALC candidate, Thibaut will be responsible for short and long-range planning and implementing sales, marketing and land acquisitions. He joined Land Solutions after a successful career in the nuclear power and oil and gas sectors. Thibaut is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. Headquartered in Fort Myers, Land Solutions specializes in all aspects of site development, current market and valuation issues, acquisition and disposition services, due diligence evaluation, permitting status and compliance, work-out projects, asset management and zoning, and permitting for commercial properties.
