Horus Development has sold the “Nove by Citterio” office building located in Munich’s Arnulfpark to BNP Paribas REIM Germany. The property offers high-end design and fitout with plans created by the Milan-based architect firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel & Partners. The building is expected to be completed in the first half of 2017. The building will feature just under 31,000 sqm of rental space, almost 27,000 sqm of which is designated for office use. The property will also feature 430 underground parking spaces. The parties to the deal have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The seller was advised by GÖRG Attorneys at Law and the buyer by Clifford Chance. Colliers International München brokered the deal.
