CA Immo completed leasing Sienna Center its office complex in Warsaw, with the signing of two transactions this month with Clear2Pay (FIS Global) and Rödl & Partner. Clear2Pay extended its lease and expanded it to 2,200 sqm, while Rödl & Partner took another 860 sqm of space for the next eight years. Rödl & Partner will be taking up entire sixth floor, which offers 2,600 sqm. Other tenants include Neinver, April and Muza. Located in Warsaw’s CBD, Sienna Center offers 20,000 sqm of space on 9 floors. The building was delivered back in 1998.
