A new residential scheme is going up in Bucharest’s Drumul Taberei district, near the future Valea Ialomitei metro station.
The project, Grünenpark, was presented by Esop Consulting at a real estate fair. It will offer 85 units, including studios and two-, three- and four-room apartments, ranging between 37 sqm and 135 sqm. Prices run from €800 and €1,000/sqm.
