Corwin Capital is set to break ground on Einpark, a mixed-use project that is to go up in Bratislava’s Petržalka district near the Incheba area next year. The developer launched sales on 110 flats in 16-story apartment building at reportedly the highest starting prices in Petržalka, ranging between €2,500 and €2,900/sqm. Studios on 32 sqm with a balcony are on offer for €83,000 to €97,000, while the prices for the largest 150 sqm apartments were not disclosed. Half of the flats are two-room units on 40 to 57 sqm, selling for €112,000 to €165,000. Corwin Capital hopes to be able to start construction next spring, with completion planned for winter 2018. The project, to go up on a 8,500 sqm site between Einsteinova and Zadunajska streets, also includes an L-shaped six-story office building, which will go up along Einsteinova street.
