Matan Companies pounce on industrial plot in Dulles

A 10-acre industrial site on Maries Road in Dulles, Virginia has been acquired by Matan Companies for the development of a new Class A industrial complex. The new project will called Dulles North Industrial Park and feature a 154,125 sqf Class A industrial building that will deliver late in 2017. Components of the building will include 30’ clear ceiling heights, ESFR sprinklers and a neutral palate façade with stone accents. John Dettleff and Dan Costs of JLL represented Matan Companies in the purchase of the site and they are leasing Dulles North Industrial Park on behalf of Matan Companies. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
