Merritt Island-based Mike Erdman Motors Inc. is starting the development of a new self storage facility in Brevard County. Located off of Viera Boulevard and U.S. Highway 1 in Rockledge, the project will house 419 storage units across five building ranging from 3,500 to 28,500 sqf for a total of 63,941 square feet. Erdman Motors has selected Melbourne-based M.H. Williams Construction Group Inc. to build the scheme.
