Accounting and advisory firm Marks Paneth LLP has signed a long-term lease at 8 Campus Drive, located in the Mack-Cali Business Campus in Parsippany, New Jersey. Headquartered in New York City, the firm will take 13,823 sqf in the office complex. Marks Paneth is the 34th largest accounting firm in the nation and employs more than 600 people, including over 80 partners and principals, with revenues in excess of $112 million. John Cunningham of Colliersâ Parsippany, N.J., office represented Marks Paneth while the building’s owner, Mack-Cali, was represented in house by Brian Decillis.
âMarks Panethâs business in New Jersey is growing,â Cunningham said. âThe firmâs senior management wanted to establish a presence in Morris County, at a high-profile property.
