Law firm Zarco Einhorn Salkowski & Brito, P.A. has signed a new lease for a full floor of office space at One Biscayne Tower in downtown Miami. The new deal is for 26,186 sqf with a 15 year term valued at more than $18 million. ZESB leased the entire 34th floor of the building and plans to fully renovate the space before taking occupancy in mid–2017. Headquartered in Miami, ZESB provides legal services and expertise as trial lawyers in commercial litigation with specializations in the domains of franchising, hospitality, licensing distribution as well as business and automobile-related legal matters. Vice Chair Brian Gale and Managing Director Andrew Trench of Cushman and Wakefield represented building owner L&B Institutional Fund. Brent Palmer and Sharon Ellis of Palmer Property Group, together with Zelda Zarco, represented ZESB.
