Crestyl starts new phase of Zámecké zahrady

27 September 2016

Crestyl is planning to break ground on the next phase of its Zámecké zahrady residential project in Vysoký Újezd, a village to the southwest of Prague. The new phase will go up in the village and Crestyl has designed it with the aim to create a new center of the municipality. Crestyl has been gradually building the scheme next to the Albatross golf course and has already sold 200 construction plots for family houses. The new phase will offer two apartment houses with 28 flats, 36 row houses and six retail units, which will house a supermarket, drugstore, restaurant, cafe and post office. Construction should get underway before the end of the year, with completion set for the end of 2017.
