The American real estate arm of the Libra Group, Elandis, has completed a $5 million refurbishment and enhancement program of two of its flagship hospitality assets in New England. The Mayflower Grace in Washington, CT, and the White Barn Inn, Kennebunk, ME. have both undergone upgrades to their guest rooms,common and dining areas, while landscaping and deck improvements have been made. The five star properties are part of the Relais & Châteaux collection and are considered staple properties in the New England area.
