Himmel + Meringoff Properties has announced the promotion of Jason Vacker to president and chief executive officer of its management company, Meringoff Properties. In his new role, Vacker will be responsible for the management, leasing, operations, financial reporting and administration for the companyās entire 14-building, 2 million sqf commercial portfolio. Previously Vacker served as chief operating officer. Vacker began his career in real estate as a commercial leasing broker at Newmark & Company. He holds a BBA in finance, investment and banking from the Grainger School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison,
